its been tough getting back into things in the office after a great weekend, and working in Nottingham last week. At least I'm now 1/3 through the working week for me. GC has left me a long list of things to do which has kept me focused at least - not sure what I'd have been like today if left to my own devices! Hopefully get out for a run later, be good to get back into that kind of thing, and need a bit of stamina if I'm going to do some down the beach!
Will attempt to post some pictures of the walk at the weekend later, not sure how successful all that will be
